The Workflow Process:

1. Configuration: The bot reads team settings from the "Standup Bot - Read Config" workflow
2. Scheduled Triggers: Automatically activates at your specified time each workday
3. Personalized Messages: Sends direct messages to team members with three key questions:
   • What have you accomplished since your last report?
   • What do you want to accomplish until your next report?
   • Is anything blocking your progress?
4. Response Collection: Gathers answers asynchronously as team members respond
5. Team Visibility: Compiles and posts all updates to a designated Mattermost channel
