The Technical Solution:

  1. Trigger: Syncro webhook activates when any new ticket is created
  2. Data Extraction: The workflow captures ticket details including ID, client name, issue description and priority
  3. Transformation: Data is formatted to match Clockify project requirements
  4. Project Creation: A new Clockify project is instantly generated with proper client association
  5. Immediate Availability: All team members can immediately log time against the new project

Setup requires only a Syncro webhook configuration via Notification Set for Ticket creation events and Clockify API credentials. The entire process is managed by n8n with zero custom coding required, making implementation straightforward even for teams with limited technical resources.
