  1. Monitor Email: The n8n workflow connects to your email account via IMAP
  2. Process New Messages: When new emails arrive, the system automatically extracts the subject and body
  3. Create Task Cards: Using HTTP requests, the workflow creates new cards in your specified Nextcloud Deck board and stack
  4. Mark as Processed: Emails are marked as read to prevent duplication
  5. Ready for Action: Tasks appear in your team's collaborative workspace without any manual intervention

Setup requires basic configuration of your Nextcloud URL, board ID, stack ID, and IMAP credentials - all manageable through the intuitive n8n interface.
