2. When users submit, data is automatically processed
3. The system generates a unique GUID for each subscriber
4. Information is validated instantly before storage
5. Data is automatically inserted into Baserow database
6. Confirmation status tracking is handled without intervention

This solution requires minimal setup: an n8n.cloud account (or self-hosted instance) and a Baserow.io account with a properly structured table containing GUID, Name, Email, and Confirmation fields.
