The Workflow Process:

1. Trigger: New appointment scheduled in Calendly instantly activates the workflow
2. Data Extraction: System captures the prospect's email address and first name
3. Verification: Workflow checks if the email address exists in Mautic
4. Conditional Action:
   • If no matching contact exists → Creates a new Mautic contact
   • If contact exists → Updates the first name in the existing record
5. Completion: Data is synchronized between systems with no manual intervention
