- AssemblyAI converts audio to text with speaker labels
- Webhook notifies system when transcription is complete
2. AI Analysis with OpenAI
- Transcription fed into OpenAI with custom JSON schema
- AI extracts client intent, interest score, objections, and upsell opportunities
- Analysis formatted according to business-defined metrics
3. Structured Storage in Supabase
- Both transcription and analysis stored in database
- Results immediately available for review and reporting
- Data structured for easy integration with dashboards
